Taylor Oaks is a beautifully wooded neighborhood with 109 homes in Roswell, Georgia.
How much are the Association dues?
Association dues are only $65 annually. Association dues are collected between May 1 and May 15 each year. Homeowners can earn a $25 credit towards their next year's dues by participating in activities approved for "Pay or Play" credit by the Association. Past activities have included helping with seasonal clean-up and planting flowers at our entrance and other common areas, hosting a "driveway soiree" (an informal outdoor get together), volunteering for the fall neighborhood party, and heading up an Association committee.
When a home is going to be sold, how do I get a clearance letter from the HOA for closing?
To obtain a clearance letter at no charge, a request needs to be sent via e-mail to tayloroaksroswell@gmail.com at least two weeks before the closing date. Your clearance letter will be sent electronically to your e-mail.
For a $25 charge, a "hard copy" letter can usually be mailed to you in two business days.
The Association has no paid staff and is not able to handle same-day requests.
Can I obtain a copy of the restrictive covenants binding homes in the subdivision?
Taylor Oaks covenants are available on the tayloroaksliving.com web site, in the Association News section. The Declaration of Covenants can be printed from the web site.
